Hello! My name is Alejandra. Most of my students call me Allie. I majored in English and Fine Arts, digital arts practice, at the University of Waterloo, and continued with a Master of Arts in English at Wilfrid Laurier University. During this time, I taught at the University level in both institutions for a combined three years. I worked with international students and taught wherever I could. I then found a love for working with children. Currently, I am completing a Bachelor of Education, specializing in Math through the Arts. I tutor with LPL and work at a retirement community working with adults with mental disorders. I have experience working with children with various learning disabilities as well. I have made meaningful relationships while supporting students in their learning during my teaching experiences. I cannot wait to connect with you and your family.
