Personality
I am something who loves to learn and hopes to convey that through tutoring. I enjoy new challenges and meeting new people along the way. I love to garden and spend time outdoors. I enjoy puzzles (the really hard ones!), crosswords, and DIY projects to keep myself busy. Food is something that I am very passionate about, I even went back to school to finish my Chef training and spend as much time in the kitchen as possible.
Biography (tutoring history)
I have tutored in one-to-one and small group situations on a consistent basis while teaching the 5 years I spent in remote communities. I am currently tutoring a student who has mental health and learning difficulties. My tutoring experience ranges from grade 4-12 in a variety of subjects. I also spent 2 years as a numeracy coach tutoring not only the students but also peers.
